sia-dokumenti.lv prepares legally compliant document packages for new SIA registration and existing-company changes in Latvia. Customers fill a guided form, pay by card, and receive all documents by email in under 30 minutes, ready to sign with eParaksts and submit to the Companies Register.
The Problem
What had to be solved
- SIA registration requires up to 7 distinct documents with conditional sections.
- Mazkapitāla SIA has its own legal constraints (max 5 founders, board-must-be-shareholders, etc.).
- One bad cadaster number means application rejected and a 1-week wait.
- Existing options: pay a lawyer, or wait days for templates from a portal.
